Can you self-identify as a different race?

I 'feel' black even though I was born white, I was born in the wrong body etc. You know, the same stupid reasons people come up with for going trans.

I know using logic and critical thinking on the woke crowd would probably make their heads explode, but it is an interesting one to think about...
