Rate dinner/10

Beef stir fry over rice. My husband is not a fan of many veggies but he's likes salad...so we did side salads to go with it.

Maybe the portions look smaller because I use a bowl and not a plate? It's a good size portion for me. I'll have a good size salad with full fat salad dressing, a big glass of v8 juice and some greek yogurt and pecans before bed.
