For sure. Find a career you are passionate about. At the end of the day what drives you/gives you purpose in life should NOT be a woman.

Occupying your mind with something you are passionate about gives you less time to feel sorry for yourself

Move cities, Being in a different country with a different culture mitigates my loneliness I find.

Warm weather in certain periods also helps.

All the fuking time. Read a book or get hobbies man. Simple way to cure loneliness. Hell, even volunteer. That is what I do.
