That happens to me sometimes if I've had a bad dream the night before. Or sometimes just for no reason at all. I know it's no fun. At all.

How long ago ? Has it gotten any better at all? Drink a lot of water and move around.

It's your body trying to tell you something. Where do you live?

Typical Sunday feeling. The only day you are truly free, then you panic of said freedom because you are not used to being free

OP, even when you feel the most anxious, like the world is crumbling down, think of better times and remember the old easy feeling of general calmness is around the corner, and WILL return

Be productive when you feel anxious. Make a list of things to get done. It has helped me tremendously in recent years. I believe that my anxiety, and other bad feelings, partly stem from things out of my control and a decrease in the responsibility in my life. Being productive, like building something useful, helping or doing something for someone that helps lessen their suffering, can greatly help you too.

It has to be meaningful work though. Create order out of chaos.

Magnesium glycinate
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

I had this, and there is always a reason, its just that you don't know what it is... ded fkn srs.

Could be underlying stress in your subconcious.... are you taking many vitamins and supplements? If you are , you shhould try going on a vitmain and supplement fast... too many vits can be toxic.

Also, check your diet, any changes made recently that might have caused it or anything that might have toxins or allergens.

your fight or flight response triggered by your amygdala is over reacting , probably due to some recent stress, so you are causing the horrible sensations, basically a panic attack.....research controlled breathing exercises look up Charles Linden

the panic attack itself is unlike anything I've ever felt...mental AND physical anguish.

Sorry you had those feelz homie.

Maybe less time worrying about SJWs, woke culture, "diversity", liberals, race and everything that's posted on the misc these days ..... Most miscers are clearly mentally handicapped and overwhelmed because they're constantly worrying about this.
