240lbs+ brahs

do you run often for cardio and if yes are you decent/good or do you get tired quickly?

Just made the cutoff since I am exactly 240 pounds this morning. But to answer your question, yes I walk 5-6 miles every day, usually before I log on for work. Walking, not running. At this point I am 34 years old and after a lifetime of football, track and field, and now powerlifting my joints can't handle any actual running.

were you about the same weight in your youth? did you run then?

Not even close. I think the most I ever weighed in high school was about 190. I could run then, played weakside linebacker. I was a better jumper than runner though. Could dunk a basketball at 5'9", big box jumps, etc. In college I got up to about 210 with more food and lifting.
