100 mph with driver. Can swing a little faster with less accuracy, but really thats quick enough at everything below tour level

Must be a very different swing than whatever your video is. And by different, I mean in terms of length of backswing / swing plane / rotation and elevation on follow thru / hip turn / leg drive.

Shallow your swing plane, your right leg looks straight and stiff, and extend your arms more thru entire swing.

Look more at swings like Fred Couples if you have mobility and flexibility issues (which your swing looks like you do).

Okay then you should be able to hit 300 yards ... I think I’ve maxed out around 110 but that’s giving everything I got

slightly different swing from last year



thats what a little over 100mph looks and sounds like. Yesterdays is a little shorter, I was working on my left hip rotation and wasn't too bothered what the rest of it looked like, that is a reasonably full hip and shoulder turn just a bit short with the arms

You swing like I do, and I was the kid picked last every week in gym class. All arms with no rotation, cause your shoulders and hips are too tight to turn through.

No way in hell you are getting 300 yards just arming it. PGA guys drive their trunks through 30 degrees ahead of the ball and use perfect technique to get out that far. If you are an average to below average athlete and not getting any power from your hips, I am guessing you drive about 200 and 220 is your long ball.

im not getting 300 yards full stop, Im 47..

I carry it 240 straight. In the real world, thats plenty. Whilst this isnt a ton of hip rotation, for my age its reasonable



Was always a way above average athlete btw, in my school team for everything..

120mph will get you 300 carry, assuming optmised conditions..
