Godzilla vs Kong was a 10/10 movie srs

For it's category of just straight up giant things fighting each other. Or what other people call "dumb fun", fuk yeah it was 10/10. I didn't think it was dumb at all though. Couldnt find anything to complain about. The pace was good, the acting was good, the plot made sense, fight scenes were great, no virtue signaling. das it. Hopefully they make will be able to bring jaegers in this monsterverse.

I didn't like that they changed size through the movie. One scene they are fighting on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier. Later they are the size of skyscrapers.

It was kind of a bad film actually. How do you mess up a film that has Godzilla and King Kong in it with monsters. I have no idea but they did it. Just bland characters and horrible action scenes.

Aircraft carriers can be over 1,000ft long and they were still huge as fuk during that fight scene...also, they were certainly not the size of skyscrapers in the movie. Maybe the smaller buildings, sure...

This might have been the dumbest movie i ever saw. It was a 1/10 up until mecha godzilla. After that it became a 0/10.

Some people just need to get the huge stick our their asses and learn to have fun when going to watch a movie titled Godzilla vs Kong, I mean going in do you really expect some deep knowledge kind of thing like interstellar or inception, or some life lessons like in the wolf of wallstreat? lmao. Nah, I came there to watch some giant monsters and I had fun, their meeting was kinda set up already too in the previous movies so i didn't feel rushed. It was good. Some people just dont know how to have fun.

It was an awesome movie. But I feel they gave us too much of a good thing at the end with Mechzilla.

Yes, yes it needs to be that good. If i want to watch monsters AND have a good time i'd rewatch The Thing, Aliens or Bone Tomahawk.
Ofcourse i know what you mean, with a title like zilla vs kong i should know what im getting into. Even when i knew it to be a dumb movie, i never expected it to be this garbage.

there are other shots in the movie where they are comparable in size to skyscrapers. A nimitz aircraft carrier is about 250 feet tall from keel to mast, the flight deck to mast would be a little more than half that so roughtly 140ft so they look to be about 280ft tall or so on the carrier. They are MUCH taller than that in some of the city shots.

Yep those movies dont hold a candle to Gojira vs Kong. But they're at least 7/10 at best. Still had fun watching those, but they suffered from many problems.

Liu Kang was such a badass in the 90s adaptation but I dont know why they got a BTS looking dude who have 0 acting skills to play him this time around, he ruined the movie for me. Plot felt really rushed. Im very optimistic though and hoping that part 2, if it will ever get one, would be better. It ought to.

it was not good. the teenagers and black guy had no point of their story. was a waste of time. kong got whooped non stop.

The fight scene in water was cool.

IMO most movies have been pretty bad. like first 30-40 minutes seem cool. then it just ends badly?

like soon as i saw mecha godzilla i knew theyd team up and fight him and that was it
