Is this dad bod?
Sorry no pics.
My bodyfat % is now 30%, is this considered dad bod? Would It be wishful thinking to think its bear mode still.

No such thing as a "dad bod" - that's just a sprinkled with sugar way of saying someone is fat.
It's a coping mechanism someone created and people went with it.
