whats up with people sitting in their cars in the evening usually in empty carparks, park entrances etc
when i go for an evening jog i often see an empty carpark and one car casually idling there (usually a bmw or that sort of deal)
so i took note and started to notice this behaviour everywhere

also my apartment overlooks a carpark and between 10pm and 00pm usually theres one car idling driving around few spaces etc some quiet rap music coming from it

theres always either a dude driving looking at his smartphone or a dude and a girl (usually youngsters)

is this common behaviour? what are the motives (dealing drugs? hippies?? recreational hanging-out?)

so misc explain to me
what or who are these people waiting for?

am i missing something, have these people nothing better to do with their lives to spend around hanging in cars

You've never watched a movie before? There is where all shady meetings and business is done. Where else are they supposed to do it?
