Read it as "why us over our industry peers?".
It's internal data collection. If you don't say pay, atmosphere etc then they'll peg those things as equal or negative to their peers.
For me at a big 4 I told them a big draw was attitude of their staff members at varying levels in the hierarchy. They all seemed chipper and enthusiastic compared to another place that came across as understaffed and overworked. Their employees were all complainers with negative demeanours.
Then you say the obvious chit like the name opens doors for the rest of your career.

“No one else wants me”
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

That's a great question OP. I feel that with my particular skill set that I am able to add to what your team has already worked diligently to accomplish and with that I could find a reciprocal relationship with the team so that I may also learn from them within this dynamic fast paced environment where critical thinking and time management are keys to success.
