What is the best cat food?

My kitty is having trouble keeping food down and craps are not good. I read cats are lactose intolerant and she's been drinking a lot of milk, so I stopped that.. but I need a food to get her going again. Any suggestions misc? I was in Petsmart yesterday and the choices were overwhelming

My wife and I were dealing with a similar issue in our 13 year old cat - we switched to this: "Purina Cat Chow Gentle Sensitive Stomach Adult Dry Cat Food"

Cat loves it, and isn't yacking up on the floor anymore.
