I just withdrew all my coins from them using a VPN. When I first used their exchange, the main site serviced US customers. Now they do not. You have to use Binance.us

why not just continue using a VPN?

The same article came out in march. It's a big nothingburger. Binance is working with authorities to catch whales evading tax, which I'm sure binance is doing a good job of hiding the tracks for a small percentage $. Its funny how narrative and sentiment shifts to scare the masses as they please.

I think Binance is chit for other reasons, but lol at being concerned by this.

Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

this happened to me with btc-e.com

had about 100 BTC back in the day when it was only $60. dedfknsrs.
they got sued or some chit and everyone lost all there coins. yes mad
