Our gyms just opened up last week after a 6 month lockdown. I worked out at home with resistance bands.
I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.

I just have some loose plates at home. I lift those and do modified bodyweight exercises. If you have no weights at all, you can still do serious strength training with certain bodyweight exercises.

I jogged and did tons of sit-ups when the gym was closed for a couple months due to Covid. Best thing I ever did. Leaned out tons and my cardiovascular health went from potato to quinoa. Blood pressure went from 143/91 to 126/80. Resting heart rate dropped to 62.
