Anyone ever done a sensory deprivation tank?

TLDR on deprivation tanks:

You walk into the place, shower, climb into a 12inch deep bath filled with epsom salt (basically), close the lid and just float for 60 minutes with just your ears submerged into water.

I'm wanna try but i have a feeling 60minutes would feel like 4 hours, and i don't know why but i feel like there's the possibility of having some weird emotional/mental response that would cause one to spaz out. Thots?

Yes. Terrible neck cramp when I finished.

And yes if you have anxiety issues or were high or something you could freak.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
