my boy is going to let his finace go on vacation with "work friends"

-My boy's fiance works at a hospital while getting her nursing degree.
-About 6mos ago she mentioned wanting to go to LeakyCon with one single-mom coworker and her kids. Leakycon is some kind of Harry Potter convention - weird.
-He didn't care or think twice of it .
-I talked to him yesterday and he's pissed, apparently now it's morphed into a beach trip with "the girls" she works with and nothing to do with LeakyCon
-I perused their FB accounts, and most of these girls are single moms or hambeasts w/o kids.
-His gf is attractive and ~25yo
