I won't have access to the gym for a month but I want to keep dieting...
I will have access to resistance bands, pullup bar, dip bar, a barbell and bench press weights up to 100lbs.
is that enough to get shredded? It will be the whole of June/early July I won't have access to gym and heavy weights.

Yes I maintained by doing pull-ups and push-ups
Close grip with the 100lbs should get your triceps
More than enough weight for biceps and standing shoulder press
Lunge sqats with the 100lbs

I did a lockdown full body
Landmine chest press
Chin ups
Landmine squats
Landmine one arm press to the side
Landmine RDL
Curls
If you’ve only got 100 lbs then I’d do landmine exercises

A month isn’t even long. You’ll be fine. I always make the best gains after a couple or more weeks of not lifting. It’s all in your head.

In my experience, weighted push ups and pull ups were great for progressive overload. Lower was harder to hit and lost a lot of strength even though I was doing weighted lunges.

Yeah you can make crazy gains with just calisthenics if you do it right. Someone pointed out those Russian calisthenics dudes and they get seriously jacked with no weights.
