any of you actually bother with buying
organic foods? if so what types do you buy and what types do you not give a chit if its organic or not?

Yeah, I try and buy organic non-GMO as much as possible.
The rule of thumb is that the thicker the skin/rind the less need for it to be organic since the skin should help to protect against pesticides. Although, I still opt to go organic.
Meats/dairy products, I try and get organic, pasture raised, and humanely certified, whenever I can.
