Anybody else suck at shaving their face?

Mind you, I only shave once a week because I still can’t grow a beard. Every time that I shave, I always find a stupid spot that I somehow manage to miss. And it’s always while I’m driving somewhere. Good thing we have Covid masks.

Used to have two moles on my face, but knicked one so many times I sheared the whole thing off after awhile. The last mole on my face is slowly finding the same fate.

Stop blade shaving. Buy an electric trimmer and just trim your face on Mondays and Thursdays with no attachments.

I always keep a little bit of scruff. I’m never clean shaven. Women respond a lot to facial hair, I’ve found. They like to touch it. It’s manly.

Yeah, I’d rather miss a spot again than watch a guy talk about shaving his face for 20 mins.

I hate shaving for other reasons. It’s just an annoyance. I’ve got the full beard now but it’s getting so hot it’ll be stumble time soon, I haven’t went clean cut razor shave in a few years.

use a double-edge safety razor like in that video above instead of the plastic cartridge chit. I use a cartridge razor every once in a while and get the same issue with missed spots and it's just overall not as clean, they suck dink. only advantage is they're easier to use.

I had an idea for a business -- drop in and get a good old fashioned shave with a straight razor.

No appointments, just drop right in and get a beautiful, clean shave. There will be a back room where you can have a bourbon and a cigar, too.

Cole Porter music and jazz playing.

Only men allowed.

The barbers will be well dressed men with handlebar mustaches or tall, beautiful women who look like Kat Von D.

Then covid hit.

The problem with that is you may have 20 guys drop in at once or not have any customers for 3 hours. Appointment is the only way this would work.

it's because you have weak beard / fine hairs, srs.

Shave with a razor, after you are done closesly inspect your face in the mirror to get the single hairs you missed. After a while you'll remember areas you tend to miss and shave extra hard there that youw on't have to keep doing it.

Did they have appointments in the 1920's? No. Did they go out of business? No. People wait in line for an hour to buy a fukn cupcake from a bakery in Georgetown. They'll wait for an expert shave, trust me. I'll dm you when it opens and you can be my honorary first guest.

Good man.

Met a guy recently who seems quite nice [not considering dating nice, just decent human nice] who seems to have just given up grooming. He has surpassed Duck Dynasty.
