Am I low test ****?

I got my test/free test checked and while the total looks ok, the free testosterone looks very low. I will go to the doc this week to get further bloodwork done.

I am feeling rather lazy, unmotivated at work and show some signs of depression (maybe covid lockdown?), last year it was better. Sex drive seems ok. I got good body/face/head hair and not balding. Since mid 20s had a gained extra 30lb fat but lost half of it recently.

Age 32.
As of Monday morning (8am, no alcohol 24h prior):
freetest: 21.5 pg/ml
total test: 413.18 ng/dl
Cortisol: 14.99 ug/dl

Previous free test 1-2 years ago was 16pg/ml and total around 370ng/dl when I was still fatter.

So free testosterone should be like 1-2% of total, atm it looks like it's 0.5%. Could you guys tell me if I'm right or just making chit up?

Depends on which testing methodology and reference range was used by this lab.

Assuming direct FT measurement (rather than calculated FT, equilibrium dialysis, etc.), your FT looks very good. Again, that’s assuming the typical reference range of roughly 8-25 pg/ml.
