Anyone else can't sleep in bed unless under the covers?
I can fall asleep on the couch while watching TV or something, but if I'm going to bed for the night, I feel very uncomfortable unless I am under the sheets AND blanket, like something is watching me srs, it's very weird. As soon as I'm under the covers I feel normal.

I sleep with no covers. But I used to be that way, like if my feet weren't covered something was gonna touch my feet. Now I can't sleep unless the closet door is closed as well as the room door.

Yes, I always have to have a sheet covering up to the neck, unless it's too hot, then at minimum up to the waist. And a blanket at least covering up to my waist, unless too hot, then over my feet. It's weird because my subconscious associates it as some form of "protection" to the point where I can't sleep without it, even though a sheet won't protect you from chit.

Blanket even in the summer crew. Only crazy people sleep with nothing on them. Use jacket if at friends with no blanket crew. A towel is better than no blanket crew.

Yep. I used to have a lot of blankets and had to run the fan all the time. I still run the fan, but went to a weighted blanket so I never get hot.

Without that contact of something covering you it makes it difficult to sleep

So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
