I just finished a dreamer bulk up to 95kg (5’10 subhuman) and I felt like I looked really big, but my cardio and calisthenics were so terrible it wasn’t even worth it.

Plus force feeding 5 times a day and loss of ab definition, then having to cut down on gym time so as not to burn too many calories. It’s a necessary evil to get bigger but I much prefer cutting.

Currently slimming down to 85kg twink status and gotdam it feels good to hit the pool and run again and bang out pull ups and other body weight exercises.
