Arnold actually avoided beer during his lifting days because it was unhealthy. Pumping iron is a docu-drama, not a documentary. A large part was filled with a script. It's not real.

during training and event prep he would. they too have an off season. they keep themselves at the right weight and shape to start training COMPETITION hard year around but arnold has always loved beer.
