Thanks man. I used to be quite negative and nihilistic. Browsing the misc 24/7 seeing height/looks threads did not help either. I eventually started to train myself to not have negative thoughts. That **** ruins people more than anything. I hope that anyone on this forum in a rut realizes that they first need to change their thoughts, then set goals and be persistent. No one should be miserable their whole life just because they are not a 6'5" 250 lb chad getting a new girl every weekend... Cant change your genetics so why dwell on it?
