Some physiotherapists and chiropractors say if you use for too long you’ll become dependent on it and then your muscles will become weak resulting in more damage, so not sure tbh

I specifically train my scapula retraction for front lever. I did buy one of those things because of a shoulder problem which I was ready to do whatever to correct. It didn't help at all. This thing is like wearing heel lifts to grow yourself taller. If you have forward dropping shoulders, work on scapula retraction and elevation.
