I have a Chorizo addiction srs

Since starting low-carb/keto I have been enjoying very good appetite regulation and better flows of concentration.

I tried to stay as far as I can to deli/salami/ham type of meats as they legit have a strong correlation with cancers (perhaps due to processing/preservatives) compared to ordinary red meat (beef/pork steak/ribs etc).

But Chorizo is so damn yum, srs.

Ate 2x 150g packs of it just now - simply removed the cover and covered it in Jamaican Habanero Hot sauce and ate it like a drug addict on his last 5 USD straight from the plastic box it came out of.

I cook with chorizo so god damned much.

Chit is so good. Cept I don't get the kind you can slice, I get the kind that crumbles up when you cook it and is super high moisture. Mixes in with so many dishes. Makes a fuking bomb diggity Queso.

Ye, they are like 1-2 sizes bigger but were like 50% off so I figured for home flip-flopping no one cares.
