Anybody else always feel warm?

For as long as I can remember i've always felt really warm and sweat quite easily. Can wear shorts and t shirt during winter when everyone else has fukken beanies and huge jackets n gloves on. Anybody else feel like this? I had my thyroid checked and it was fine. always had a chitty diet but idk if that has anything to do with it.

High bodyfat/Diet?

Could be anxiety or if you sweat profusely, hyperhidrosis?

I have the opp problem - always cold.. I'm anemic though. It's currently 76 degrees in my house right now and I'm shivering.
