How much should I save to move to Texas and be comfortable SRS

I want to move to texas in a year or two, but I also want to get a house out there. How much do i need srs 50-200k?

Texas actually sucks tbh. Yeah i like the politics and low cost of living. But would never want to live there. Do not understand the appeal.

Wouls much rather live somewhere like Idaho.

Idaho is exactly like Texas but in the GOAT PNW.
