Godzilla wins, hands down.

1. Godzilla can fight for more than 3 minutes.
2. Ultraman is often seen taking damage from monsters who were previously just taking damage from fighter planes. So... he doesn't have Godzilla's super regen power ("G-factor") and durability.
3. Godzilla has withstood attacks from multiple monsters at the same time. Ultraman isn't very good at this.
4. Godzilla has survived being hit with artificial black holes twice. Ultraman's ultra attack ray or spacium beam is no where near that powerful
5. Godzilla's weapons tend to wipe out entire sections of a city when used.
6. Godzilla is 100 times more ruthless and almost as smart.

lol this is crazy they get pretty creative with the special effects. Definitely ahead of their time in terms of sfx compared to something like Star Trek the original series.

They had a digital / printer type camera for effects. There were only two of these in the world.
They had one. Disney had another. Oh... and this was the same year as Star Trek TOS.

If you want to go into the Godzilla lore... Godzilla is absolutely broken tier over powered.

Dude has some crazy abilities.
Godzilla,

Can survive for years without air, food, or sleep. Can also survive in the vacuum of space, under magma, and at a planets core.
Can lift 200k tons.
Can keep up with Rodan in a battle, who despite looking incredibly slow in Godzilla movies, actually flies at Supersonic speeds.
Can quickly regenerate from almost any damage. Capable of healing massive holes in himself within seconds, and re-grow limbs. He heals so quickly that he will be fully healed before the smoke clears from a massive military attack, making it seem like he wasn't even damaged.His cells survived a journey through a black hole, and he regenerated
Can absorb many different kinds of energy, using it to further increase his strength, speed, agility, and healing factor.
Can generate an electro magnetic force field around his body to block damage.
Can create a storm with his breath weapon and use his electro magnetic abilities to have lightning strike him, absorb that energy, and temporarily gain magneto like abilities.
Can resist psychic abilities.
Can withstand and survive attacks powerful enough to destroy entire planets.



He's crazy AF. Ultraman never had a chance.
