Mandela Effect: 90's sitcom 'Family Matters'



Most people remember Carl Winslow from 'Family Matters' as a police officer living and working in Chicago. This actually was not the case. It turns out, he was actually a lawyer/judge living in a mansion in bel air, housing his nephew after his nephew got into one little fight and his mom got scared.
