It's mind boggling how bad Warner Bros./DC effed up the DC Universe isn't it?

Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Lobo, etc. etc. Hell, even Aquaman was a massive hit.

DC had all the tools to create cinematic universe bigger than Marvels and they failed so badly. All they had to do was adapt from the 90s animated cartoon universe (like what the Batman Arkham games did) and they could've probably beat Marvel.

If Marvel can create a cinematic universe on the backs of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and the Hulk then DC could've done so with Batman, Superman, WW, etc. etc. Yet we get crap like Batman v Superman, Green Lantern with Ryan Reynolds, Justice League, etc. etc.

I heard the main reason is because the DC Universe was made by Warner Bros. Studio execs while Marvel Universe was made by actual fans like Kevin Feige. That was the main difference.

DC literally refuses to be successful. They could have had arrow come through as a new Batman, pushed through with Deathstroke as the most bad ass villain ever, then moved back to their more mainstream characters. They had a clear path, but they ignored it. Steven arnell is too old now, but he was the best character in the DC universe for two years.

Complete fukking ignorance. However, X-Men is by far the worst case of missed opportunity.

They were greedy and impatient. The reason the Avengers made so much money is that they took their time building out the world and introducing the characters.

That Batman trilogy was pretty good.

Surprised anyone gives a fuk about Marvel tbh. Venom is cool I guess.
