I'll check that out thanks. I live close ish to Tillamook and they make some good extra sharp and white extra sharp cheddars. Looking to diversify.

its way better than that, it kind of has a creamy parmesan flavor to it for a cheddar, anyone I have shared it with has said its the best cheese they ever had.
