Is there anything worse than doing a huge cut after bloatmaxxing

I just said Phuck it and bulked from 164lbs to 226lbs over the last year like a total phucking idiot.

Anyway I realize I turned into a fat piece of **** and started cutting, down to 208 after 6 weeks which is good progress but realizing I have got another 25-30lbs to go and I'm going to be cutting until probably Oct-Nov sucks ASS

probably only will have gained 5lbs of muscle when it's all said and done also ayyyy lmao.

Yup, you realise you don't have anywhere near as much muscle mass as you thought you did. Brb 95% of the 'gains' you made were just water weight and fat.

There is nothing stupider than bulking full stop.

It's a stupid meme that some people inexplicably decide to actually do in real life.

Yeah its pointless just bulk for a month or two and then do a quick cut and repeat

That's all you can do as a natural srs

Eat to maintain whatever bodyweight you want to sit at.

I realised through personal experience how stupid it is to do yo-yo bulking and cuts as a natural. You’re basically getting temporarily fat for no reason - it doesn’t really expedite the muscle gain process. You just gain more fat

I'm 6' 270lbs, but this is just weight gain over the years. Definitely miserable. I starting jogging and walking 3 miles Monday. Went to the boxing gym the past couple days too. Got up at 5am today and just walked since I feel my shins hurting.

I'm a fat lard ass, can't believe I let myself get this big. So now I gotta torture myself the next 9 months or so.

You can bulk and cut full stop, but you'll end up losing your mind because you need to track macros to a T. The second you just stop eating to lose weight, you'll likely lose all lean muscle you've put on and whatever fat you have.

For the average to above average lifter, you'll just eat more and less and lift the same. You might gain a few pounds of muscle a year. I know a dude who bulked for an entire year, and then cut for an entire year, and when all was said and done, he was huge and cut. Said it the was most mentally draining thing he's ever done and he regretted it. Now he just eats and lifts.

Lol at adding 62 lbs in a year. You’re doing it wrong bro
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
