How big are your arms ?

Got wife to measure mine just now. 15.25" sitting at 153lbs

Wbu misc ? What does yours measure ?

18” unless I hit biceps and triceps - then close to 18.5

Also have long arms, not T-Rex, so they look skinny when extended out.

I've never measured them, but I'm 6'3 and they go from the end of my shoulders to about mid thigh if my fingers are outstretched.

So pretty big.

17 inches cold flexed, they’ve been 17.25-17.5 before. My forearms are 14 inches, they’ve been 14.5 at their biggest.
