Literally everything is rising in cost or unavailable.

The port of LA (largest port in US) is STILL 50% manned.

- bikes
- instruments
- wood
- boilers
- computers
- cars
- houses

Its like the fuking soviet union.

If people had been rational to the completely unnecessary lockdowns and hysteria, this would all be fine.

Wait there are places still not 100% capacity?

Lmao I've been working full capacity in person this entire time. ****ing port workers should be included as essential workers and not be able to be limited.

So much pain caused by virus for no reason. It's a tragedy that the goal posts were ever moved. We should have been open to the full extent our hospitals had beds.

-Drought in the west
-Companies are planning price increases in the 2nd half of the year. Higher inflation is still in its very early stages
-China inflation red hot
-Stimulus wearing off and higher prices will lead to slowdown in economy (possibly the only pressure against even higher inflation)
-Gas prices going UP (and fuel costs leading to higher prices of everything)

If they just didn't do the stimulus's and business hand out bailouts, prices would probably be lower coming out of this pandemic. Wouldn't that be nice?

Lumber got fuked up big time. Lots of places just stopped cutting down trees. Almost everywhere is back up to full production but it's a massive amount of lumber that didn't get produced.

That Suez Canal backup also fuked things up huge.

Edit: Thought of the act (DPA) Defense Protection Act. I assume that could be used for port operations.
