I remember EriktheElectric on the misc was anorexic but also was cutting his videos so you rarely saw him swallow

are they all fake or?

Yeah stuff like this is why I avoid pop culture. Just makes me lose faith in the future of humanity.

I can't bring myself to watch any of this, it is just depressing. Something about it is deeply wrong.

If you think this is disturbing, you should avoid seeing the footage of women and children being massacred overseas for profits.

That will really change you. At the very foundation, humanity grows increasingly corrupted, this is just the frosting on the cake.
