Whats my reaction suppose to be?

Bud said he had something to share:

Showing his phone screen was an older version of this guy I knew from church when we were teens. Apparently he was now an escort for men but said he was a "top" I was shocked.

"Is that him?"

I verified it was and am asking myself so many questions. I missed all the signs. Of course I plan to tell noone and will delete this once I get a reasonable response as to how to stop giving a fuk about this bat'-man sh*t. Just wow

My only conclusion, "Everyone is suspect noone can be trusted, I stay away from all that lovey Christian sh*t"

What am I reading?
