Yeh it can be great, but for the amount of hours u have to sit around keeping a watchful eye on a fire and all that chit, no thanks jeff.
Certain cuts like brisket are also extremely unforgiving, with no margin for error. Imagine tendering a bbq for 12 hours for something which comes out mediocre, must feel like a right pleb
