Speed kayaking for HIIT
I don't mean just paddlin along chillin like u see most mo fukas kayakin, that shiets got its place i like to do dat shiet too but im talkin bout loadin up yo mo fukin kayak and goin out to da lake for the soul intention of usin it to get a workout in, like tryin to paddle n push the kayak as fast as u can for as long as you can.. like if u were 2 go to the football field to do some sets of sprints but instead of runnin u kayakin cuz!!!
when you look up "olympic kayaker" or "speed kayaker" on google, all da mo fukas look juicy n jacked as shiet B'z!

do you really wanna drop 3 grand on a kayak?
These guys also train like 5 times a week in the gym and do cardio amongst probably hundreds of km paddling a month
Grew up with a few olympians and national level paddlers and they were all beef cakes
