Here's one of the posts about what happened.

Aaron, the insane roid-raging psychopath heard shouting "I'M GONNA KILL YOU" and swinging a bat, illegally dumped a large mattress by a dumpster in an alley behind Johnnie and Michael's house. The two men came out to calmly ask the crazy, raving, violent lunatic to not illegally dump his trash behind their house. Aaron flew into a drug-fueled rage and started threatening the two men with his weapon. Good thing they did, because Aaron became even more violently confrontational, issuing more wild threats and swinging the bat closer and closer to the Millers. The men offered Aaron multiple chances to leave peacefully with his mattress, but Aaron was mentally ill and kept berating them, swearing and using homophobic slurs (which you can hear in the video). Finally, after again multiple chances to back off, Aaron got a little too close to Johnnie's son with the bat, and they legally shot him in self defence. Due to police procedure, they will still have to stand trial for the death that Aaron could have prevented at any time, but the video on Aaron's wife's phone will be shown in court and it will be over in less than a day. Their trial date has been pushed back several times, but currently they're scheduled to be in court this August. They've been released on $100,000 bail each, so at least they're not being illegally held in prison, and they'll get all that money back when they're declared innocent due to the contents of the video showing Aaron clearly acting aggressively violent and threatening to kill them numerous times. The moral of the story? Don't be a roided-out freak and don't threaten to get physical with two armed men over a ****in mattress. Just take your mattress to another dumpster.

both were arrested...trial in august

The guy threatened to kill them...however Miller drew a pistol, brandishing it beforehand (this was over a mattress trash dispute). I'd say there's a good chance they get convicted simply because they had guns drawn beforehand.

That wall of text posted above is quite lulzy considering you can see very clearly Aaron has no bat (at least not before they drew guns). They are likely both going to prison. RIP.

This. They were pretty clear in what they intended to do. Guys are probably slices of **** but dude's a moron for bringing a bat to a gun fight and not doing a 360 and walking away when it got extremely heated at the end. I probably wouldn't tell two people holding guns I was going to kill them let alone walk towards them.

I did not see a bat in the video.
but just saying "im gonna kill you" twice on camera, and then trying to attack two guys with guns (which i assumed happened but cant see) you're gonna lose. Kinda ****ty that they had to pay 100k bond each. who tf has that money to pay
