Does anyone use CBD gummies?

I saw Eddie Hall use these before a workout. I'm not a fan of this kind of stuff usually. Does anyone know anything about how they feel?

I love weed. The effects and the smell but it is mostly pretty degenerate, has some negative sides and the weed community is pretty cringe.
