Hit my head last night

Went swimming at the beach and the waves were really rough. I swam with a wave just before I was going to leave and it slammed the left side of my head on the floor. Im lucky I didnt get knocked out. Drove home, laid ice on it for 2 separate sessions for about an hour and took a couple pain pills. I dont feel foggy just still feeling pain right where i hit it and thats what the focus is on. Im hoping I will be ok.

You will be ok brah. Thank you for posting this to document and provide a timeline your injury in the event your condition worsens, but I assure you that you’re gonna make it.
