How do Indians eat like they do in this heat? (No racist)

I cannot fathom it. Absolute scorcher of a day, AC barely helps, can't go outside without feeling like your walking into a wild fire as soon as you walk out your front door, balls sticking to leg, etc.

Indians: brb let me grab a giant steaming bowl of curry, spices and beans, and yogurt first thing in the morning and wash it down with 2L of whole milk, and then have to take a massive, sweaty, spicy dump 45 min later. Repeat 3-4x until bed. Brb also don't wear deodorant for no good reason. I would be dead after 1 day of this, cotdayum.

I think it's against one of their religions if their asswhole doesn't smell like sewage throughout the day

They suffer, like we do, as testament to their faith.

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off.

You do realize they wear pants/long sleeves all year long right? I don't think some spicy curry is going to interrupt the average Indians day.

Those outfits actually help to keep cool. I saw this Gordan Ramsay vid where he tried to wear western clothes while cooking street food in India. He was dripping sweat all into the food lol he switched to one of those white pajama suits and was all good after that.

This

Baggy, flowy clothes/robes is actually top-tier for sun protection. I also read at a museum that they drink hot tea in order to sweat on purpose. Perspiration actually helps to cool the body.

Currycel detected. I actually like spicy food, just can't imagine eating it first thing in the morning with a bunch of milk and beans/vegetables. Also, while I do enjoy spice, I'm not that into spice mixtures so powerful that it tastes like you're eating pure gasoline.

Interesting. Like naan and chai or whatever? The reason I was under the impression it was curry is because I can smell my neighbor's cooking bright and early every day. Smells like burning tires.

**** talking Indians while asking them to answer your questions?

Perfect type of discussion for Sooby and AshWar, they're top dogs in terms of Punjabi's who hate themselves and wish they were white

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

**** talking Indians? I didn't say anything that isn't objective truth, but I guess that is frowned upon these days. Noticing or commenting on cultural differences isnt "**** talking". Everyone know plenty of actual hate gets posted on the misc on the regular, so I don't know why you have an issue with my post.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

dairy offsets the spices in the gut so limited chili sweats and 'plosive diarrhea

same reason they say drinking milk or eating ranch with hot wings helps reduce the spice

you'll see most curries over there either use coconut milk or yogurt on the side as a dipping sauce to mitigate the effects of the spices

Nothing was racist until you labelled it racist by saying "no racist"
