Its a condo meaning that it was managed by the people who lived there and guess what....noone EVER fukking votes to spend money.

They didn't deserve this, but I hope it shows how expensive it is to actually live in a condo.

Don't care. HOAcels are comprised of the general public who don't know shid about anything. Can't expect them to know anything about structural integrity of a building. That's why certification goes through the city - because the city has engineers on their payroll to sign off on this sort of thing. It's the cities problem, not the HOA.

Buncha jewbags in retirement trying to earn a dime on their own shiddy investment. They all (should) have insurance for this kind of thing.

My girlfriend lives in a condo like 8 blocks from the building that collapsed. Everybody there 100% knows that using dynamite and wrecking balls in the construction of the new condo next to that building damaged the foundation. That area is an island and is nothing but sand. Dynamite and wrecking balls are against code on the island but the local politicians and "inspectors" are corrupt and accept bribes. It's fukked up. My girlfriend isn't a social warrior bit she and everybody else on the island protested the construction of that building for that exact reason. That it would damage the foundations of buildings near by... They Are planning on building a new condo building next to hers next year using the same techniques. Hopefully this chit shuts that down. It's fukked.
