what made you sleep that long?

unlike those two up there, i can sleep 12-16 hours easily if im tired from work or staying up

Boredom. Didn't have anything to do so i just went to sleep instead. it's not healthy but owell.

Feel good energy wise. But to wake up is to face real life again. Which sucks. but gotta put effort into making it better. rotting is not the way to go.

Was sleeping whenever I felt like it before I took this job. About 7 years of that.

Still got my chit done, but I had a lot less chit to do in general.

It's been weird making an adjustment, but it's also nice to have much more responsibility.

Went to bed at 9:30, kid woke me up at 1AM I and couldnโ€™t go back to sleep. Bout to hit deadlifts (5am California time). Pre-workout poop right now. Full day of work ahead. Feels batman

I slept 7.5 hours last night, which is the longest I've had in a couple months. I can't even fathom laying around sleeping all day anymore.
