"Having a running industrial line accelerates key processes such as regulation and product development."
Kshuk said the facility produces cultured chicken, pork, and lamb products, and beef production will be coming online soon.

Only upsides to the cell meat are it possibly becoming cheap and helping poor people get more meat in their diets, replacing processed crap they eat now, and maybe more real meat will go back to being grassfed. This should be in addition to, not a replacement.
