People that superset two machines are annoying

srs, nothing I hate more than thinking a machine is open and then it turns out some ******* who is not even using the machine and is sitting in another machine says he has that too. Just stick with your 1 machine and phuck off.

Only *******s and douchebags take up two machines. Same with keeping like 3 pairs of dumbbells next to your bench.

But only had to deal with that kind of chit at LA fitness. Now I go to a gym that's not crowded at all, or I'm working out in my homegym.

Pretty simple, sit on the machine and don’t get off when he wants to superset. Once you’re no longer on a machine it becomes fair game.

Would lol in a ****s face if he told me to get off a machine cause he was super setting. Even more gay are ****s that ask to work in

walk up and take it if he's doing that and then say he can work in, nothing gayer than these cucks acting hard while paying another man to use his workout equipment

This. If they are sitting across the gym on another machine just tell them you're working in and they can STFU.

Old people are the worst at this, draping towels over every piece they are planning to use in the next 45 minutes.

Or people could share machines and let people work in. Only an issue if it's plate loaded.

Always hated the people that hog things unnecessarily.

I personally hate it when people use a particular machine or equipment and then start texting someone and won't leave. And when you ask if they are done, they're like, "I'm still using it" and they go back to texting.

I workout at night and it's always the same few people there. We've all become homies, so you can get away with super setting and bouncing between machines. Everyone knows they can just hop in at anytime, almost has that family feel.

no homo.

agree. i only superset bodyweight exercises. if someone starts using the pull up bar during my supersetting, i understand and just wait for them to be done instead of telling them to GTFO

I wait for 20-30seconds max then throw that towel on the ground and use the equipment. They never come back to the towel, either. I always superset two machines too, but i'm always right next to them. My gym seems like it's set up for this sort of thing and I love it.

You guys complaining about supersetting equipment should actually try it instead of complaining about it. It's great, esp when you are doing something like chest/back, bi/tri or quads and hams

Supersets are a good training principle don't b mad.

But yeah, if you're not physically using a machine you don't get to stop others from using it.

One of the best things about home gym crew. I can circuit like 5 exercises, no worries.

The worst is when they sit their drink on the machine while working on the other machine for like 4 minutes. Makes me want to rage throw their drink across the gym

Don't necessarily hate on supersetting, just the hogging two machines part especially when it looks like they are not using one of them.

I got no problem with dudes who want to change their weight in their machine/cable or when they use 2 different dumbbells weight in the same bench.

I dont mind supersetting sometimes but during the gym rush hour? Its not good gym etiquette. I will also work my way in if you are hogging a machine. Most people are to chicken chit to complain about it, especially when youre bigger than them.
