But how is this different to 90% of women anyway? Out of all the married women I know, only a few of them have maintained their premarriage bodies (out of 40+). It's just normie culture to get comfortable after marriage lol, the guys though have a much better track record.

Most of my homies turned into fat slobs by 30 as well. I'm probably the best shape out of all my natty friends at 35yo. 205lb at 5'10

Its one thing to be old and have your body start to change over a long period of time, kids, etc. It's completely different to have a nice attractive body, enter a relationship, and within a year transform yourself into a fuking hippopotamus because you're "comfortable".
