How legit is this Airbnb I found in France? Reps for answers (srs)

Anyone of you have experience with Airbnb?
Looking to book a house for me and 8 other friends in France; was wondering if there are any red flags on this ad?

The seller is active since july 2021 but has "a verified Identity", whatever that might mean.

Used newer listings with no issues in the past. That place looks pretty sweet. If you do have an issue the worst case is that you probably have to scramble to find a new place. Airbnb should make you whole if it’s a scam.

Like others said, should be perfectly fine. I've stayed at places listed on airBnB and had good to great experiences at all of them.

Verified identity just means they sent in a photo of their ID/passport. The host and property offer are new, so there's no track record or previous guest comments, but I wouldn't worry about it, and new hosts are often more eager to set a good impression because it boosts their rating. AirBnB is very careful about protecting their reputation and bottom line, so for this newb host, they are probably going to "hold" the money you pay until your stay is done before they transfer the balance to the host. If anything is seriously wrong with the place or it doesn't match the description, they can do a partial or full refund to you.
