Do you belive men who are in bad shape are a disgrace?

Simple question, obviously if they are ill or something that's fair, but I'm talking no excuse skinnyfat or obese dudes who's physiques are just total ****.

Imo it doesn't take much effort to be in "OK" shape (just look like you kind of lift) and as a man you owe it to yourself to not look like a disgrace.

I don’t really invest much disgust in people I don’t know.

But mainly yea, they value comfort over discipline plain and simple.

The thyroid excuse is invalid also. They have hormones for that and they’re dirt cheap.

The only time fat/out of shape people annoy me is when they talk chit to people who lift or lead an active lifestyle.

But otherwise I couldn't care less about what anyone else does with there body, in a way I kinda envy them tbh since they're probably less self conscious and are not constantly worrying about there physique like many lifters.

Tell you who I believe is really a disgrace? Is black people who contributed nothing of value... tj abuse the medical facilities around me, then expect impunity. So they can be of bad role models tj everyone around them... or put me on standby... in order to accomplish this goal...
