Help Identifying a Genre of Music (Reps for life)

So I'm balls to the wall numetal when lifting things and putting them back down again but, want something mellow to listen to after to settle that there celltech rage. Looking for artists similar to how Soulfly sometimes end their songs, the music goes from electric to acoustic n it's smooth n soothing, like a carribbean jazz grove. Recommend me some stuff misc, dont let me down, videos below for example.

Lol listened to an old favorite soul fly song ft Corey Taylor during an amrap set today, hadn’t listened to it in years.


Anyway, look up “groove metal” bands if you like soul fly.

You could also explore some new wave metal bands like Thornhill or Spiritbox for example if you like the hard and soft combos.
